The role emphasizes problem-solving, effective communication, and collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The representative will assist clients with loan applications, gather feedback for service improvement, and guide new customers through their onboarding process. Responsibilities ? Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to ensure clients understand their funding options and application processes. , ? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently with a positive and empathetic approach. , ? Assist clients with their loan applications and help them navigate resources, explaining product benefits clearly. , ? Gather customer feedback and relay it to the team for service and product improvement. , ? Collaborate with other departments, including funding specialists and tech support, to ensure seamless service for customers. , ? Guide new customers through their initial setup, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
