Job Description Our Allstate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. We are looking for service associates for our Auto, Home & Life Insurance business. The Gaudio Insurance Group finished #2 in the Country in 2021, # 2 in 2022, #3 in 2023, #1 in 2024, #1 in 2025 and is looking to expand. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. ? Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. ? Driven and goal-oriented individual. ? Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations. ? Be capable of handling customer rejection. ? Must have 2-3 years of previous experience in customer service or sales role ?
