In this role, you?ll interact directly with customers via live chat to answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide information about products and services. Whether they?re inquiring about an order status or seeking product recommendations, your task is to ensure every interaction is positive and productive. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals new to the workforce or customer service sector, offering full training and a flexible schedule to work from anywhere. What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses? websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Contract length: No fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection. Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
