Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. Duties ? Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing any concerns. ? Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with transactions and provide accurate change. ? Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase store sales. ? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to create an inviting atmosphere for customers. ? Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Qualifications ? Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. ? Strong understanding of retail math concepts to assist with pricing. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. ? Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently when necessary. ? A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
