The Opportunity: We?re looking for experienced, driven sales professionals to join our team on a commission-only basis. Your mission? To introduce our breakthrough technology to airlines and sign up up to 10 new customers each month. With our high-value B2B solution and competitive pricing model, sales reps have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions per closed deal?making your success directly fuel your income potential. What You?ll Do: ? Drive Sales: Develop and execute strategic plans to target airlines. ? Build Relationships: Engage with key decision-makers in the airline industry and nurture strong professional relationships. ? Present with Impact: Deliver compelling product demos that highlight how Ray?s real-time subtitle and translation capabilities enhance the in-flight experience. ? Collaborate: Work closely with our technical team to ensure you?re fully equipped to explain our technology?s advantages. ? Exceed Targets: Meet and surpass monthly sales targets as you help transform the airline industry. Who You Are: ? A seasoned B2B sales professional, ideally with experience in technology or aviation. ? Well-connected within the airline sector or highly motivated to build new industry relationships. ? A persuasive communicator who can simplify complex tech concepts. ? Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable with a commission-only role.
