We?re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee large-scale commercial concrete projects from start to finish. What We?re Looking For: ? 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial concrete structure projects ? Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, formwork, and industry standards ? Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors effectively ? Commitment to safety, quality control, and meeting project deadlines ? Strong leadership and communication skills to drive productivity and teamwork What You?ll Do: ? Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects stay on track ? oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and timeline. ? Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations ?
