Salary Range: $27.88 To $34.61 Hourly This position is eligible for remote work. This position provides CBT Counseling to Child and Adolescent Consumers of Mental Health services in Jones, Callahan, Shackelford, Stephens and Taylor Counties. May be responsible for some day time crisis work. Schedule is primarily 8-5 with some flexibility. Must be able to work well with other Child serving agencies such as the Schools, Juvenile Probation, Child Protective Services, etc. May be responsible to provide or assist with intakes as needed. Will be required to help with annual diagnostic requirements as needed. Must remain compliant with all training requirements to keep LPHA approved licensure current and in good standing. This position also provides case management and skills training to Child and Adolescent Consumers of Mental Health services and their families in Taylor County. This position will be responsible to do assessments and treatment planning, as well as teaching skills training to children and their families. This position requires intervention and frequent in-person or virtual contact with Children, Families and service providers. This position requires the ability to: identify problem/need areas; work under pressure and stressful situations in a professional manner; be thorough in assessment and documentation; locate and utilize a variety of community resources to meet the needs of the Children and their Families; assist in negotiating and advocating for each individual with service entities outside the Center and a positive relationship with the child and their family. Will also be required to attend school ARD meetings, wraparound staffings and CRCG meetings as they arise to act as an advocate for the child and family. QUALIFICATIONS: ? Requires a Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Human service field from an accredited College or University. ? Must have a current LPC or LCSW or LMFT license. Child and Adolescent Mental Health experience is preferred. ? Must qualify to be a Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA). ? Must possess a valid Drivers license and be an insurable driver. Will be eligible for step increases, depending on satisfactory performance tenure of LPC certification.
