The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our fundraising efforts, financial strategy, and scaling our $400M potential business across USA, Europe, and Asia markets. Key Responsibilities: ? Financial Strategy & Fundraising ? Develop sophisticated financial models projecting $472.8M potential annual revenue ? Prepare investor pitch decks and financial narratives ? Manage fundraising strategy across venture capital, angel investors, and strategic partners ? Financial Operations ? Establish robust financial infrastructure for rapid scaling ? Design financial controls and reporting mechanisms ? Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management ? Oversee accounting, tax strategy, and compliance protocols ? Investment & Revenue Optimization ? Design multi-stream revenue model ? Analyze market expansion opportunities ? Create detailed financial projections ? Fundraising & Capital Strategy ?
