Company Culture: Mentors are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You will have someone available to help solve any problems you run into. You will not deal with just one freight manager, you will have a team at your hands for help while you are on the road. We do things differently than most companies. ? Home Time: You will be home every other weekend, our system is set up to make sure you get home on time every time ? Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision after 30 days, 401K after 6 months, Vacation What you will be doing: ? You will be hauling general freight in a dry van trailer all throughout the United States. We primarily deliver East of I-35 but you will need to be willing and able to run all 48 states. ? All of our freight is 100% no-touch and our average length of haul is 700 miles ? You will average 2500 miles per week and top performers can get 3200 miles per week ? Pay will average around $1,500 to $1,600 per week with the possibility of higher pay for top performers ? You will be driving a new Kenworth or Freightliner with a sleeper cab ? You can park at any of our terminals or take the truck and trailer home with you What you will get: ?
