Be a Taziki?s Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture ? Ensure you are providing best in class customer service and experience to all of our guests ? Tracking catering issues and following up with customers as needed ? Perform call-in order entry, monitor calls input 3rd party orders and ensure correct delivery scheduling ? Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls ? Make recommendations and use suggestive selling with the goal of successfully fulfilling the customer's catering order ? Maximize store delivery schedules for efficiency Qualifications: ? Must be 21 years of age ? Flexible schedule ? Energetic ? Prior food service experience preferred ? Leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills with guests/team members ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities ? Demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skills All Employees Must: ? Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your handbook) Your Working Conditions/ Hours: ?
