Overview: Overview: ConGlobal is hiring immediately for a key position within our global supply chain. No experience necessary, we offer paid training, great benefits, competitive pay and opportunities for future career growth. The starting pay is $21.37! Responsibilities: Car Loaders and Unloaders are responsible for driving vehicles off and on railcars, then parking them in an appropriate lot for inventory and quality control review. Qualifications: ? Valid Driver?s License ? A willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions ? Ability to lift 40lbs over head while standing ? Ability to climb ladders and stairs both off and on railcars ? Manual transmission experience preferred, but not required ? Open availability required, with the ability to work 5 days a week. ? Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required. ? Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening. ? The Federal Rail Administration sets and enforces safety regulations and standards for railroad operations. Use of cannabis is strictly prohibited. If applicable for the position you are applying to, and if you are offered the position, you will have to take and pass a drug screen.
