Job Title: Call Center Representative/Help Desk Support/Collections Specialist-Remote Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30 to $40 per hour Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative/Help Desk Support/Collections Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to arrange payments for overdue accounts while providing empathetic and professional communication. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
