Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. ? Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed, adhering to proper washing techniques. ? Manage housekeeping duties effectively, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning. ? Execute custodial tasks such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies. ? Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. ? Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements ? Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is mandatory. ? Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning. ? Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. ? Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. ? Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. ? Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and methods as required. ? Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
