We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic EA organization. Responsibilities Support Calendar Management & Hygiene: Help organize and maintain schedules for the business to prioritize key initiatives Ensure meeting materials are distributed, such as agendas and/or pre-read documents General Administrative Support: Assist with small projects or tasks that help keep the team focused and productive Provide support for travel arrangements and other logistical needs Process expense reports Maintain a positive, professional and customer-focused presence while supporting team members Assist with organizing team events Help build, edit, and maintain documentation, playbooks, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative professional Strong communication and time management skills Experience with tools like Google Suite, and other common productivity tools Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively A proactive approach to problem solving with a strong sense of ownership Perks* Launch a career at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in North America!
